The Creator Funnel

Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1, published Oct 28, 2026

DRAFT — not legal advice; have a lawyer review. Version: draft-2026-10-27.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Terms of Service for The Creator Funnel, run by Alpha Lion Enterprises LLC. It applies to every account, workspace, team member and site on the Service, and to everything you publish, sell or send through it. "You" includes anyone using your account.

1. Email and list rules

You must not:

  • Send email to anyone who has not signed up through your site's sign-up form, or try to get around the fact that the Service does not allow list imports (for example by scripting, bulk-submitting or faking sign-ups).
  • Buy, rent, scrape or harvest email addresses.
  • Use misleading sender names, subject lines or "Re:"/"Fwd:" tricks, or hide who you are.
  • Remove, hide or break unsubscribe links, or keep emailing people who have unsubscribed.
  • Send marketing to customers who did not tick the optional marketing box.
  • Cause unusually high bounce or spam-complaint rates. We may slow or pause sending from a workspace with high complaint rates.

2. Honest selling

You must not:

  • Make false or misleading claims about products, results, earnings, health benefits or prices.
  • Publish fake reviews or testimonials, or testimonials without the person's permission.
  • Use fake scarcity, such as countdown timers that reset or "only 3 left" claims that are not true.
  • Sell products you do not have the right to sell, or fail to deliver what you sold.
  • Refuse refunds you promised in your own refund policy.
  • Use the Service for pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes or other deceptive business practices.

3. Prohibited content and products

You must not use the Service to publish, sell, store or send:

  • Anything illegal, or anything that promotes illegal activity.
  • Child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors. We report this to the authorities.
  • Hate speech: content that attacks, threatens or incites violence or hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability or similar characteristics.
  • Content that harasses, bullies, stalks or threatens anyone.
  • Spam or unsolicited bulk messages of any kind (see section 1).
  • Material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including pirated ebooks, courses or software.
  • Malware, phishing pages, or content designed to steal logins or payment details.
  • Other people's personal information without a lawful reason, including "doxxing".
  • Content that pretends to be another real person or business in a way that misleads people. Fictional characters and personas are allowed when it is not deceptive, and we encourage a clear disclosure on your site.
  • Sexually explicit, pornographic or other adult content, or adult services, of any kind. Adult content is not allowed on the Service at all.
  • Any product, service or business on Stripe's list of restricted and prohibited businesses (stripe.com/legal/restricted-businesses), as Stripe updates it from time to time. That list is part of this policy by reference, and applies even if you take payment some other way.
  • Products or services that need a licence you do not have (for example weapons, drugs, gambling, or regulated financial or medical services).
  • Medical, legal or financial advice presented as a guaranteed fix or a substitute for a qualified professional.

4. Security and fair use

You must not:

  • Try to access another creator's workspace, data or account, or test our security without our written permission.
  • Interfere with or overload the Service, for example with automated traffic, denial-of-service attacks or attempts to get around rate limits, plan limits or fair-use limits.
  • Create several accounts to get extra free trials or to avoid a suspension.
  • Share logins between people instead of inviting team members.
  • Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Use the AI features to create content that breaks this policy, or put other people's personal data into AI prompts.
  • Use the Service to store or share files unrelated to your products and site.

5. Your connected accounts

You must follow the terms of every service you connect, including Stripe, Resend, OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to, Google, Meta, TikTok, Cloudflare and YouTube. Breaking their rules may also break this AUP.

6. What happens if this policy is broken

If we reasonably believe this policy has been broken, we may do any of the following, depending on how serious it is:

  • Ask you to fix the problem.
  • Remove or disable specific content.
  • Slow or pause your email sending.
  • Suspend the workspace or account. While suspended for abuse, your public site shows as unavailable and no email goes out except unsubscribe confirmations; your customers' unsubscribe rights stay protected.
  • End your account, and report illegal activity to the authorities.

We record a reason for every suspension. Where it is safe and lawful, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. If you think we got it wrong, contact us and we will review it.

7. Reporting abuse

To report spam, abuse, infringing content or a security issue on any site hosted on The Creator Funnel, use the contact form at thecreatorfunnel.com/contact [TO CONFIRM: final contact page address], and include the web address and what you saw. For copyright complaints, please follow section 8.

8. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), including about content on creators' sites that we host.

Sending a notice. If you believe content on The Creator Funnel or a site hosted on it infringes your copyright, send our designated agent a written notice that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature (or that of the person authorised to act for the copyright owner).
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
  3. A description of the material you say is infringing and where it is, including the exact web address(es).
  4. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for the owner.

When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the material, tell the creator concerned, and send them a copy of the notice.

Counter-notice. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send our designated agent a counter-notice that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. A description of the material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, postal address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.

We send a copy of a valid counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to stop the infringement, we restore the material 10 to 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice.

Repeat infringers. We end the accounts of creators who repeatedly infringe copyright, in appropriate circumstances.

False claims. Under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages.

Designated agent: Copyright Agent, Alpha Lion Enterprises LLC, 2035 W Monte Cristo Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85023, USA. [TO CONFIRM: register a DMCA designated agent with the US Copyright Office (small fee, needs Jason's approval) and add the agent's email address and phone number here.]

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Each update is published as a new version, and account holders are asked to accept it the next time they sign in.
