Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancelling and refunds work for The Creator Funnel (thecreatorfunnel.com), a service run by Alpha Lion Enterprises LLC, 2035 W Monte Cristo Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85023, USA. It repeats, in one place, what our Terms of Service say. If this page and the Terms ever differ, the Terms apply.

What you are paying for

The Creator Funnel is a hosted subscription service for creators: sales pages, digital products, an email list, email sequences and broadcasts, and a help desk, on your own subdomain or custom domain. Plans are billed in US dollars (USD). Current plans and prices are on the pricing page.

Free start on Starter

• The Starter plan is free for your first 90 days. A card is required to start it, and nothing is charged during the free days.
• At the end of the 90 days your card is charged automatically ($4.95 per month at the time of writing) and the plan continues as a paid monthly subscription, unless you cancel before the free days end.
• We email you a reminder about 3 days before the first charge.
• One free start is allowed per person, email address and card. A second sign-up, or a sign-up with a card already used for a free start, is billed from the day you sign up. Growth and Pro are billed from the day you sign up, with no free days.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and we charge the card on file, until you cancel.

How to cancel

• You can cancel at any time from the Billing screen in your dashboard (it opens our payment provider's customer portal). You can also contact us through the contact page and we will cancel for you.
• Cancelling stops all future charges.
• Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then it does not renew.
• After cancellation you can still sign in to export your data. Workspaces are scheduled for deletion 30 days after cancellation, as described in the Terms.

Refunds

• Subscription fees are not refundable, including for part of a billing period, except where the law requires a refund or where our Data Processing Agreement gives you a prorated refund (if you end the Service after objecting to a new sub-processor).
• The 90 free days on the Starter plan are your chance to try the Service before you pay.
• If you believe you were charged by mistake (for example, a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled), contact us within 60 days of the charge through the contact page and we will look into it and refund any charge made in error.

Plan changes

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing screen. Upgrades take effect straight away. The details of how changes are charged are shown before you confirm.

Promotions

Promotion and coupon codes apply only as described when the code is offered, cannot be exchanged for cash and are subject to the Terms of Service.

Purchases from creators

When you buy a product from a creator's site hosted on The Creator Funnel, the creator is the seller. Their own refund policy (linked in the footer of their site) applies, and refund requests go to that creator through their site's contact form.

Payment security

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by us.
