Send events to other apps
Tell Zapier, Make or your own tools when something happens
Without it: Nothing breaks; other apps just don't hear about new sign-ups or sales.
When something happens on your website we can send the details to an address you choose. Automation tools like Zapier and Make give you that address, then you decide what happens next (add a row to a sheet, post in a chat, and so on).
Steps
-
1Get an address from your app
- Zapier: create a Zap, choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger and Catch Hook as the event, then copy the webhook URL it shows.
- Make: create a scenario, add Webhooks → Custom webhook, press Add, name it and copy the address it shows.
-
2Add it here
Open the outgoing events screen with the button below, paste the address under Add an endpoint, tick the events you want and press Add endpoint. Each event in plain words:
subscriber.created: someone signed up.subscriber.confirmed: someone confirmed their email address.subscriber.unsubscribed: someone left your list.order.paid: someone bought a product.order.refunded: an order was refunded.ticket.created: a new help-desk message arrived.
-
3Send a test event
Press Send test event next to your address. In Zapier or Make press Test trigger (or Run once) to see it arrive, then build the rest of your automation. The delivery log on our side shows every attempt and its answer.
-
4Done
Your app now hears about the events you ticked. If an address keeps failing, it shows here as Needs attention.
In your dashboard: Settings → Connections → Send events to other apps → Set up. Provider steps checked Oct 31, 2026.
