Products and sales
Include products in a bundle
Deliver several products together without nested bundles or cross-website content.
Prepare the included products
Create the individual products in the same website first. Give each a clear name and the correct file or readable content. Included products must not be archived. Your account having another website does not make its products available in this website's bundle picker.
A bundle uses a product's Includes selection; it is not a separate subscription or recurring-payment product type. Configure the parent product's normal free or paid journey, description, cover and delivery details too.
Select what is included
Edit the parent product, choose the intended products in its included-products picker and save. Check the selection carefully before publishing. The system rejects including the parent in itself, products from another website, archived products and nested bundles.
The inclusion structure is only one level deep: a bundle cannot contain another bundle or itself be included as a bundle. If validation rejects a combination, flatten the offering into its individual products instead of trying to build a chain.
Explain the offer to customers
List the contents on the sales page in plain language. Distinguish the bundle's price from the prices of individual products and make the refund terms clear. Review the customer's thank-you page and My Products journey using the parent product, not only the individual products.
Publish the necessary sales page after editing it. Updating a product selection is not the same as updating marketing text that you typed by hand.
Verify access and changes
Run a controlled free-claim or Stripe test-mode journey and confirm the expected included products are available. Inspect order and entitlement state when troubleshooting; do not infer access from a payment return page alone.
Treat changing a bundle that has existing customers as a substantive offer change. Do not promise retroactive changes to previous grants without checking the affected order's actual access. For a refund or access problem, use Checkout and refunds and Customer access. Never send a public download URL to work around missing access.
