Products and sales
Create free and paid products
Set up delivery, pricing and the thank-you journey for a digital product.
Create the product
Open Products in the selected website. Choose free or paid, enter a name and available slug, then add a subtitle, description and cover. Type is fixed after creation; create a separate product if you need the other type.
Choose a private uploaded file for a download, or add readable content for the online reader and generated PDF. A public cover is not the product download. Add thank-you wording and, if useful, a next step: another product, a YouTube video or an allowed page link.
Free product journey
Publish the product and choose it in the appropriate page sign-up section. Publish the page too. A visitor supplies an email address and follows the confirmation journey according to consent settings. Product access is delivered through site pages; never place a private file link in an email.
Connect Resend first. A form that looks complete is not evidence that confirmations or access emails are delivering. Test with an inbox you control and inspect the resulting subscriber profile.
Paid product setup
Enter the price, currency and optional product-specific refund window. Complete Stripe connection, check test versus live mode and use Create in Stripe for that mode. Sync rereads the linked Stripe product and price. Test and live configurations are separate.
When changing a product already on sale, the platform creates the replacement price through Stripe. If that fails, the existing price is kept rather than silently taking the product off sale. Read the resulting message and verify the live amount before announcing a change.
Publish, unpublish or archive
Drafts are for preparation; publish only when the delivery and public page are ready. A paid Buy button requires a purchasable product and working Stripe setup. Merely naming a product on a page does not configure checkout.
Non-archived products use your plan's product allowance, including drafts. Archiving frees a slot and retains the record; unpublishing is not archiving. Do not assume archiving erases historical orders. For included products see Bundles; for payment issues see Checkout and refunds.
